Balance of hire

This is payable within one month prior to commencement of holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date the holiday will be deemed as cancelled. No deposit will be refunded.

Accommodation

The caravan is only to be used by people listed on the booking form. Devon Cliff's is a family site and Bourne Leisure will not allow groups of people under 21 of the same sex.

Please leave the caravan clean and tidy at the end of your holiday for subsequent occupants. Any breakages or damage caused should be reported to the owner by the hirer.

Letting

The key can be obtained from reception upon arrival, along with a welcome pack. The caravan is available from 12.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Bedding

Pillows and duvets are provided, but you will need to supply your own linen and towels.

Smoking

We DO NOT allow smoking in our caravan. If you or your guests smoke, could you please refrain from smoking inside.

Pets

We DO NOT accept pets in our caravan.
